The Other Side Of Fast Cash

Gone are the days when man was just content with simple lifestyle. Modern man wants to lead a luxurious life and for this he works hard to earn money. Due to growing needs and aspirations it is becoming tougher to earn money and he has to opt for loans and debts. The lender of car title loans and debts make quick money by charging high rate of interest. Some people opt for payday loans in which a short-term loan is taken from lender that is meant to cover the expenses until the next payday. The lender is given post-dated cheque, which includes the principal amount and interest thereon. The interest rate usually ranges from 15% to 30%. So the lender earns a huge amount by way of fees and interest.

In the same manner pawn brokers lend loans to the borrower by keeping physical custody of some items of the borrower .In case of non payment of loan and interest, the pawn broker has the right to sell of the items and recover the amount plus fee. So this is also a lucrative business which make some quick money if the clients are good and paying off the debts on due date.

New Fast Cash Ideas

I've been thinking a lot lately about ways to make fast cash.  I'm sure that I'm not going to come up with anything revolutionary (yet!) but I can show you some ways that other people are doing that you can adapt to your own situation.

There's a family in my neighborhood that always has people over at their house.  I could never figure out why, but it finally dawned on me the other day.  They're making tamales!!  They spend all weekend making tamales and sell them to their friends, neighbors, and coworkers during the week to make some extra money.  Brilliant!  You could cook anything that travels well and sell it to the people that you know.  You could make cookies, brownies, tamales, beef jerky, dried fruit, or anything else you might be able to think of.

Another idea that I was thinking would work well is to have regular garage sales.  I've always looked at garage sales as a way to get rid of crap, but after doing some reading I learned that some people make good money doing it.  The key to doing it well is to always have new stuff.  You'd have to spend your time collecting things and turn around to sell them on the weekend.  After a few tries you would get a feel for what people will buy and be able to collect those things.  Don't wear out your neighbors with this though, I wouldn't have more than two a month!

A Must Read!!

I just found this post on Fast Cash Authority - 7 Reasons A Payday Loans Is Smarter Than Using A Credit Card.

This is absolutely a must read if you use your credit card when you're in a pinch or if you're still undecided if a payday loan is a smart choice.  There certainly are times when a credit card is best, like buying a new TV.  But for emergency expenses that you just don't have enough in the bank for, but will after you get paid next, a payday loan is the best choice.  It's cheaper than using a credit card if you're in a spot where you can only make the minimum payment on your credit card, and there's no worry about screwing up your credit score either.

Payday loans catch a lot of crap from the media, but this article should show some people that they aren't as bad as they're made out to be.
